From waste sorting to the processing of PET, HDPE and PP bottles and containers, all the way to PE films, each plant is conceived to deliver maximum efficiency and operational flexibility.
The company designs and builds highly integrated systems capable of handling a wide range of materials, from MRF waste sorting lines, dry waste and paper, plastic (PRF) to fully comprehensive plastic recycling processes. AMUT advanced technology for MRFs and PRFs includes different equipment designed in-house like conveyors, screens, trommels, bale breakers, bag openers, motorized bunkers and other specialized equipment for material sorting. Additional specialized machineries, such as shredders, optical sorters and balers, sourced externally are fully integrated into AMUT’s plants.
Additionally, AMUT’s innovative solution for polyolefin recycling, engineered to process complex materials and fully integrated with AMUT’s sorting and washing technologies, positions rPO at the core of a complete “bales‑to‑granules” system. This approach brings together our long‑standing expertise in recycling and extrusion within one fully integrated platform.
Each installation is custom‑engineered, tailored to the client’s specific requirements and project parameters, precisely configured to address the specific challenges of infeed materials and the evolving market.
