RHH Reclaim

RHH Reclaim is a clean-technology venture pioneering lithium-ion battery recycling in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Our mission is to establish the region’s first end-to-end recycling and materials-recovery ecosystem, supporting national sustainability goals and advancing the localisation of critical raw-material supply chains under Vision 2030.

The company is built on a strategic partnership with Lincoln Storm Ltd (UK), one of Europe’s few fully permitted lithium-ion battery recyclers. Through a technology licensing agreement, RHH Reclaim draws on Lincoln Storm’s proven process designs and know-how across feedstock preparation, mechanical shredding, materials separation, and black-mass production - adapting them for the Kingdom’s regulatory and industrial context.

Our initial facility will be a commercial-scale operation, informed by proof-of-concept work and lessons learned at Lincoln Storm UK. We are actively engaging investors and local partners to progress into the next phase of development. The planned site will process batteries from electric vehicles, energy-storage systems, and consumer electronics, recovering valuable materials - including lithium, nickel, cobalt, copper, and graphite - for reintegration into regional manufacturing. As the market matures, we intend to expand into precursor-material production and refining in partnership with industrial and academic institutions in the Kingdom.

RHH Reclaim aims to bring together international engineering experience and Saudi industrial partnerships to accelerate technology transfer, collaboration, and high-quality employment. We are committed to best-in-class environmental, health, and safety standards and to working closely with regulators and ecosystem stakeholders to build a resilient, transparent, and auditable supply chain. The programme will prioritise localisation, supplier development, and workforce training aligned to national standards.

By converting end-of-life batteries into reusable resources, RHH Reclaim aims to reduce waste, retain value within the region, and help power a sustainable circular economy. Our vision is clear: to close the loop on lithium-ion batteries, create long-term value from materials once considered waste, and contribute to a cleaner, more resilient energy future for Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
