Yahya M. Hamidaddin is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience & lately increasingly focused on promoting sustainability and the circular economy. He specializes in designing and implementing integrated strategies that connect business growth with important environmental goals.

Yahya is currently the Commercial Director in Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a fully owned subsidiary by PIF, leading all commercial plans related to different wastes streams such as Municipal Solid Waste, Construction & Demolition Waste as well as Digitization of Enviromental Waste Monitoring, Tracking & Manifestation. He plays a major part in #SIRC goals of positioning SIRC as a leader in the circular economy, setting goals that align with the regulations and strategies that SIRC has set and building partnerships to ensure long term Environmental projects.

Previously, as Director of Technical & Maritime Planning at SAIL, he planned strategic maritime waste management; designing environmental programs for monitoring and control, and presented complex information to various stakeholders. As General manager at Lamor Corporation, he managed a landmark SR 345 million contract for hazardous waste management, conducted environmental impact assessments and managed critical assignments for environmental remediation and environmental crises management for containment of hazardous waste.

Building on practical experience, Yahya has been trained on Hazardous Waste compliance, Shoreline Cleanup and Assessment Techniques (SCAT) and Oil Spill Communication. He has demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of environmental and maritime experts to devise sustainable solutions, deliver large scale projects and execute strong environmental and crisis communication strategies. With extensive operational and commercial acumen, he has achieved progressive solutions in Environmental Services and Resource Recovery.
