Andrea Trolese is the General Manager of B&A Waste Management, a joint venture between BEEAH and the Italian firm Greenthesis. He leads the design, construction, and operation of advanced waste and wastewater treatment facilities, with a strong focus on circular economy solutions and value recovery. With over 13 years of executive experience in the UAE, he has driven sustainable transformation across the oil and gas, industrial, and public sectors. Previously, he held senior development and project management roles and built expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategy, financial modelling, and contract management. He is also a Lecturer in Business Internationalization and an active member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE.
