Mehmet is a Waste Management and Transaction Advisory Expert with over 25 years of international experience in the development and delivery of major waste, water and wastewater infrastructure projects. His expertise includes large-scale waste treatment facilities, feasibility and business case development, procurement, PPP and transaction advisory, supporting both public- and private-sector clients.
He has worked on projects supported by leading international financial institutions, including the World Bank, EBRD, EIB, AFD, IsDB and KfW. At Egis, Mehmet also leads the exploration and application of AI and emerging technologies in waste treatment, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting the next generation of waste infrastructure.
